PDPlanner is intended for users who are 18 years or older. Use by K–12 institutions must be authorized by the district or school administration, and usage should be consistent with institutional policies and local/state/federal regulations.

3. Use of the Service

PDPlanner may be used solely for lawful and educational purposes. Institutions and users agree not to use the platform for any unauthorized or harmful activity that may compromise system security or violate applicable laws.

4. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Each user agrees not to share account access and to promptly report any suspected breach or misuse.

5. Data Privacy and K–12 Compliance

PDPlanner is designed to support professional development and is not intended for the collection of student data. We do not knowingly collect, store, or process any personally identifiable student information (PII) as defined by FERPA, COPPA, or similar state-level student privacy laws.

Districts or schools that use PDPlanner are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable data privacy regulations. Any data shared through the platform is limited to professional user accounts (e.g., staff and faculty), and administrators must not upload student records or sensitive student data.

PDPlanner may share aggregated, anonymized insights with research and development partners strictly for the purpose of improving the service. No personal or identifiable data is sold or disclosed for commercial marketing purposes.

6. Institutional Oversight

K–12 institutions using PDPlanner must assign a responsible administrative contact. This individual shall oversee appropriate use, manage access rights, and ensure user compliance with district-level acceptable use policies and applicable laws.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and materials provided by PDPlanner are the property of pdplanner.com or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or repurpose content from the platform without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

PDPlanner is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service but strive for high reliability and uptime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PDPlanner and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, service interruption, or third-party claims.

10. Modifications

PDPlanner reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
